    • If you receive a faulty item:
      • Send us a picture of the faulty item to along with your order number.
      • We’ll promptly send you a free reshipment. No need to return the faulty item; just provide a photo.

    • Our orders are shipped from our US factory within 1-7 days of receiving them.
    • Shipping companies take 3-6 days to deliver your order.
