How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping costs vary based on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase.

Where do you deliver?
- We provide worldwide shipping.
- Whether you’re in the US or anywhere else, we’ve got you covered!
How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
- On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase.
- Standard shipping/transit times apply:
- Domestic (US): 5-10 days
- International: 12-18 days
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
- We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order.
- If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
- Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
- Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- We do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).
- All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
- Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.
- Contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Issues
Faulty Item Received
- If you receive a faulty item:
- Send us a picture of the faulty item to contact@teeprintit.com along with your order number.
- We’ll promptly send you a free reshipment. No need to return the faulty item; just provide a photo.
- If you receive a faulty item:
Not Delivered on Time
- Our orders are shipped from our US factory within 1-7 days of receiving them.
- Shipping companies take 3-6 days to deliver your order.
- Delays may occur due to post office issues.
- Please wait a few more days; we’ll keep you informed about the status.
- Once an order leaves our factory, it will reach you.

Wrong Size Received
- If you received the wrong size:
- Let us know with a picture of the item.
- We’ll happily send you a free reshipment.

Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours because we usually ship within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Designs, Styles, and Products
- Yes! We’ll release more styles and products weekly. Stay tuned!
Delivery Time
- Processing period: 3-7 days.
- Shipping period: 3-6 business days.
- Total delivery time: ~14 days (varies per order).
Tracking Number
- All orders include tracking after processing.
- Email contact@teeprintit.com with your order number if you’re missing a tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
- An email with the tracking number and a link to track shipping progress will be sent when we begin shipping.
Order Shipment Notification
- You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address
- If you provide the wrong address:

- We’ll update the address if the shipment hasn’t been sent out yet.
